Love Internally Founder
Messcina aka Earth J is the founder and mother of the Love Internally Movement. She has been leading a healthy lifestyle for 6 years. Hailing from Aiken, South Carolina, Messcina started her journey in 2014 when she was just so tired of not feeling and being her absolute best. She studied Raw Vegan foods in Columbia under a Master Raw Foods chef. And it was in that training Messcina Found her true passion. She lived 3 years as a raw vegan and has been sharing her food and knowledge with people from all over. Along side Messcina's food Journey she is also helps people with their spiritual energy because she believes mind, body and spirit are connected In 2015 Messcina became a Massage therapist, and in 2018 she became a Reiki practitioner. This is her purpose. Helping others explore themselves. As they experience this lifetime. Recently Messcina Graduated form Queen Afua's Heal Thy Self training as a Sacred Woman. Messcina Believes evolving is never over thus the desire and passion to never stop loving ourselves from the inside out. You are not alone on journey.
